Learn about the return policy at Deb's Quilt Studio. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase - returns must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase date. Deb’s Quilt Studio “return policy” establishes a set of rules and guidelines that outlines the conditions under which customers can return purchased items. I believe my returns policy is flexible and fair to my customers. Please if you have a problem contact me through email, phone or visit the store. We will work together to resolve any “returns” issue or “refund policy” problems that you might have. Don’t get upset - reach out to Deb’s Quilt Studio, we clearly are customer-friendly and understand our obligations when it comes to returns and refunds.
Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Normally, a return of batting purchase must be in the originally package unopened to be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and unused condition, batting must be in original package unopened, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at debquiltstudio@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, them mail your return to the following address:
